Live! Casinos Launch QCI Platform Version 5.2
Quick Custom Intelligence and Live! Casinos have announced the launch of the QCI Enterprise Platform’s new version, 5.2, at Live! venues in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and Maryland. The improved version of the QCI Platform offers automating tools that will contribute much to the gaming facilities’ everyday operations.
Live! Casinos’ Vice President of Casino Relationship Marketing Tom Tuchschmidt noted that he had found the platform to be a standout when it comes to Casino CRM programs since they had started using it earlier in 2023. Tuchschmidt added that it has some of the best centralized metrics for player worth, hotel profitability, free-play reinvestment, and more. He also said that his casino host engagement had been strong because they found QCI easy to navigate and helpful in executing their contact strategy with their VIP players. Tuchschmidt admitted that he found the dashboards incredibly helpful when delivering player analytics and host performance reports to their senior leadership.
QCI CEO Dr. Ralph Thomas noted that Live! Casino’s adoption of the QCI Enterprise Platform was proof of the importance of having a dynamic host management tool to effectively manage a dynamic gaming organization such as Live! Casinos. Thomas noted that the company worked with 1,800 professionals to add features.
The QCI Platform is designed to improve marketing, player development, and gaming via powerful operational tools working in real time and developed specifically for the hospitality and gaming industries. QCI software is now installed in over 115 casino resorts in North America, Canada, Latin America, Australia, New Zealand, and The Bahamas.
Live! Casinos are not the only ones to take advantage of the updated QCI Platform. In May, the Bahamas-based Caribbean resort Baha Mar made the same decision.
