Playtech expands partnership with Parx Casino to work in New Jersey and Pennsylvania
Playtech announced the revision of the terms of cooperation with Parx Casino. The agreement signed in February 2021 was supplemented with new clauses. Thanks to this, the provider introduced its games to the markets of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
The reason for the revision of the contract was the closer cooperation between Parx Casino and Playtech. The developer of gambling entertainment offered the casino operator to restart the existing gaming application. Now it runs on Playtech software. But the list of supported games includes not only the slots of this provider but also of many other companies – IGT, Konami, AGS, etc.
At the same time, the Parx Casino operator managed to obtain all the necessary permits to operate in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This automatically allowed Playtech to introduce its digital products to these markets.
betParx Senior Vice President Gaming & Sports Matthew Cullen said: “We are incredibly proud to be launching betPARX® in conjunction with an industry leading technology provider in Playtech. We’ve made the sign up and deposit and cash-out processes as simple and smooth as anything in the industry. Plus, we’ve created a product that ensures a great experience to any user, casino or sports.”
Playtech CEO Mor Weizer was also quick to comment on the deal: “We are thrilled to continue to grow Playtech’s iGaming and sports betting partnership with betPARX in other U.S. markets. Playtech’s industry-leading software and expertise provide a high-quality customer experience, and this is exactly what the highly sophisticated consumer market in the U.S. requires. We look forward to further expanding our footprint in the U.S. and working with betPARX to deliver world-class gambling and sports betting entertainment across multiple states and products.”
