Ocean Casino Resort Partners with Blade for Flights Between Manhattan and Atlantic City
A global Urban Air Mobility company Blade Air Mobility, Inc. and Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City have entered the partnership. According to this deal, Blade will provide helicopter flights between Manhattan and Atlantic City so the resort guests can reach their destination in just forty minutes.
Reservations are open for $695 each way beginning Saturday, May 25, and flights will operate all summer long. Helicopters will land on the rooftop helipad at Ocean Casino Resort.
Chief Marketing Officer of Blade Air Mobility Roisin Branch noted that was a natural extension for Blade to complement its leisure and airport routes in the Northeast. The CMO added that they had seen a meaningful increase in charter requests from Manhattan to Atlantic City and were excited to make the flights accessible to a broader audience over the summer.
Ocean Casino Resort General Manager Bill Callahan said that they were pleased to be partnering with Blade to launch Ocean’s by-the-seat helicopter service throughout the summer. He added that their customers had enjoyed privately chartered trips by Blade since they built their helipad last year, however, adding a best-in-class travel experience that allows for individual seat purchases and provides yet another fantastic amenity to their award-winning beachfront resort.
After the flight, each guest arriving at the resort will be greeted by an Ocean’s team member, and will also receive a dedicated concierge service during the stay, as well as a complimentary suite upgrade. In addition, everyone who books a flight will receive a bottle of Moët Imperial champagne from Moët & Chandon, Ocean’s official champagne partner.
