Two Nevada Casinos Implement QCI’s Nimble Edition Platform
Newly opened in Northern Nevada, Casino Fandango and Legends Bay Casino are implementing the Nimble Edition unified gaming platform developed by Quick Custom Intelligence. The platform was created to align player development, marketing, and casino operations around one view of the casino’s data.
Regional VP at Information Technology for Olympia Gaming, Traci Ferrante, noted that the company was very impressed with the development of QCI, which allowed meaningfully combining player and slot data and finding out who was on the floor right now.
It’s worth highlighting that Casino Fandango offers over 700 slot machines, as well as table games, a sportsbook office, and other entertainment options. Legends Bay Casino also offers slots and table games to visitors, as well as the only Circa Sports Sportsbook in the state.
The CEO of QCI, Dr. Ralph Thomas, noted that the decision of Legends Bay Casino and Casino Fandango to choose a unified platform developed by the company spoke to the importance of constantly developing products that met customer needs.
It should be noted that Nimble Edition is designed for casinos with less than 1,000 slot machines. The implementation of this platform allows operations teams, hosts, and marketing executives to work in a modern data-enriched environment.
Let us remind you that AGA has released the latest revenue report stating July is the 3rd highest grossing month.
