Merkur Gaming and Reel Games Go Partnering in Central America & the Caribbean
Merkur Gaming, the international sales and development arm of Merkur GmbH, has signed a sales agreement with Reel Games. According to the deal, Reel Games will be responsible for Merkur Gaming’s marketing and after-sales service in Central America and the Caribbean region.
Tomás Mieles, coordinator and business development manager at Merkur Gaming, has commented. He said that the company had gained a strong and reliable partner by reaching an agreement with Reel Games, whose expertise would be vital to expanding the company’s presence in the Central American and the Caribbean regions.
Mieles also noted that while they were already very successful in that region, they expected the collaboration with Reel Games to further significantly increase demand for their products.
President and founder of Reel Games Sean Smith, commenting on the deal, noted that the company was looking forward to establishing a close and successful collaboration with its European partner.
Smith added that they were proud to be offered the opportunity to further strengthen Merkur Gaming’s diverse offering in Central America.
Reel Games is a Florida-based provider and distributor of slot machines, progressive jackpot systems, multiplayer roulette terminals, and table games. The company has been operating in the US for several decades and now has service offices and sales teams in Oklahoma, New Jersey, Mississippi, and the Caribbean territories. Reel Games is licensed to distribute gaming equipment and machines to over fifty US jurisdictions and is the key supplier for major cruise lines.
Merkur Gaming belongs to the German-based Gauselmann Group. It is responsible for developing, producing, and selling games and gaming machines and adapting them to the specific features of different regions and local players’ preferences.
