LVXP Plans to Build Mixed-Use Casino Complex on Las Vegas Strip
Real estate company LVXP has announced plans to build a new experimental mixed-use property on the Las Vegas Strip. The facility will occupy 27 acres and include a casino.
The proposed development site is located across from the recently expanded Las Vegas Convention Center. The Fontainebleau Las Vegas and Resorts World Las Vegas gambling properties are also located nearby.
The project includes the construction of a casino, a modern conference hall, several luxury hotels and a sports arena to host NBA games. CEO of LVXP James R. Frasure Jr., stated that they were honored to be stewards of that important milestone in the city’s legacy. He added that their commitment was to create a place that captures the essence of Las Vegas and provides lasting benefits for the community. The CEO called that endeavor more than a project: a promise to uphold the spirit of innovation and enthusiasm that defines their local culture.
The multi-billion-dollar LVXP project aims to create an immersive, technology-driven environment. The complex should seamlessly combine elegant spaces, culinary experiences, gaming opportunities and an atmosphere of entertainment. The project is expected to create thousands of jobs and generate significant revenue for the local economy.
Tick Segerblom, chairman of the Clark County Commission, thinks the developer’s initiative is well thought out. He noted that the project had the potential to transform valuable undeveloped land into a highly productive site that would provide significant long-term value to the community and visitors alike.
LVXP’s leadership team includes experts in real estate, marketing, finance, technology, entertainment and sports. The developer hired renowned Las Vegas-based architectural firm Steelman Partners to design plans for the project.
Steelman Partners CEO Paul Steelman commented on the collaboration with LVXP. He said that as they began to shape the following chapter of Las Vegas, he was thrilled to lead the design for LVXP, a pioneering venture combining advanced artificial intelligence with personalized guest experiences. He added that together they strived to create a landmark that not only redefines the city’s skyline, but also pays homage to its architectural heritage.
