Massive Lawsuits Against Stores with Skill Games in Virginia
After gambling restrictions were eased in the U.S. state of Virginia, skill games partly similar to slot machines began to appear in convenience stores. According to Virginia Mercury, this allows businesses to recover faster from the pandemic impact.

However, the Mother of Presidents has recently seen a number of lawsuits against stores that host such games. The fact is that the stores have entered into profit sharing agreements with companies that develop these games.
One of them, Queen of Virginia, has already filed 150 lawsuits in connection with the violation of the terms of the agreement by stores.
The company, which is a subsidiary of Pace-O-Matic of Georgia and a leading supplier of skill games, reports violating a non-competition clause in contracts and accuses stores of removing Queen of Virginia games and replacing them with products from other companies.
