Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos To Use VizExplorer Solutions at 2 Casinos in Northern Michigan
Leelanau Sands Casino & Lodge and Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel, both operated by the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians via the tribe’s company, Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos, will now be using VizExplorer’s player development and marketing analytics solutions. Each of these Northern Michigan casinos has introduced VizExplorer’s customer relationship management tool, hostVizOps, to monitor players’ behavior better.
Thanks to this tool, Grand Traverse staff will have mobile access to customer data, automated task management, and real-time notifications about player activity on-site.
Another tool, CampaignViz, will be leveraged by the casinos to enhance their marketing activity.
Grand Traverse CEO Richard Bailey noted that VizExplorer’s experience in the industry, expansive tool set, and outstanding reviews for support and service made them a clear choice to bring the best to Grand Traverse casinos’ guests. He added that VizExplorer’s functionality gave Grand Traverse the ability to execute its database marketing on a superior level.
Interestingly, VizExplorer has a long string of deals with tribal operators, and the company had such a deal signed each of the first four months in 2022. However, it was a long pause after the agreement with Palms Casino Resort in April and before this one with Leelanau Sands Casino & Lodge and Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel.
Commenting on the latest deal, David Patent, VizExplorer CEO, noted that they were excited to partner with Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos and to be part of their company’s data strategy. He added that VizExplorer’s tools would make it easy for casinos’ teams to unlock the full power of their data.
