Elk Valley Casino to Install QCI Enterprise Platform
California’s Elk Valley Casino has come to an agreement with Quick Custom Intelligence. As a result, QCI Enterprise Platform will be installed on the venue’s gaming floor.
Michael White, Director of Marketing & Player Development at the casino, noted that Elk Valley was committed to providing the best customer experience at their property. The QCI Platform allows them to ensure no customer goes unnoticed by their Player Development team while the journey would be rewarding for both the guest and the property’s revenue goals.
Andrew Cardno, the CTO of QCI, expressed the company’s appreciation since Elk Valley Casino Resort selected the QCI Enterprise Platform after significant research and a thorough vetting of several products in the market. According to him, they collaborate with 1,800 player development professionals using their host tool to constantly add features and functionality for ease-of-use.
Meanwhile, there are two more properties that have already cooperated with Quick Custom Intelligence. These are Batavia Downs Gaming & Hotel in New York and Cliff Castle Casino in Camp Verde, Arizona. Both will install the QCI Enterprise Platform.
Elk Valley Casino opened on April 22, 2022, it is owned and operated by the Elk Valley Rancheria. It replaced the original casino built in 1995 and offers a 50% wider gaming floor with 300 slot machines, two dozens of table games, a poker room, and bingo. Guests can also visit a new restaurant, bar, and a local event center for live performances. To make the stay even more convenient, the casino offers a gas station and convenience store services.
