The existing contract between Light & Wonder and the Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians has been extended. According to the agreement, L&W will install its loyalty and customer engagement platform into Tortoise Rock Casino, the Spotlight 29 Casino and other Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians’ venues located in California.
President of Global Systems & Services, Light & Wonder Jon Wolfe noted that they valued the long-time relationship and trust that they had cultivated with the casino properties of the Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians. Wolfe added that their new platform offered a tremendous suite of capabilities and best-in-class technologies that would enable Twenty-Nine Palms casinos to deliver a consistent and frictionless player experience.
VP of Information Technology of the Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians Steve Libauskas noted that they’d already experienced first-hand the incredible value and power of Light & Wonder’s ACSC Casino Management System as it had allowed them to enhance their operations while delivering a higher level of service to their customers.
Libauskas also said that as they expanded their contract with Light & Wonder, they were thrilled about the integration of the new platform into their existing systems, including ACSC, and were confident that would further allow them to drive engagement, player satisfaction and ultimately business.
It is worth mentioning that earlier Light & Wonder announced they became the first provider of Operator Wide Area Progressive (OWAP) table games in Pennsylvania. Also the company has installed 79 ready to play tables across Penn Entertainment’s four Hollywood Casino facilities in Pennsylvania after being given customary regulatory approvals.
