CasaBlanca Resort & Casino Reveals Plans for $6m Renovation
CasaBlanca Resort & Casino, situated in the heart of Mesquite, Nevada, has announced a major renovation coming this year. The project cost is estimated at $6m with a starting point in May and an expected finish line of fall 2024.
CEO of Mesquite Gaming Justin Moore noted that substantial investment being made by their new ownership group would have a transformational impact on the casino and showroom, elevating the Casablanca Resort experience for all guests. He added that every dollar would go into making that already successful resort more welcoming and enjoyable for their customers.
The renovation includes the addition of over 200 new slots to the gaming floor and the refurbishment of the new CasaBlanca Showroom, where a number of comfortable arrangements will appear. They include high-top tables, bar stools, and lounge areas, where visitors could relax and socialize while watching games or enjoying live entertainment. In addition to all that, the Center Bar will be doubled in size and a new sports bar will be introduced. The property will remain open to visitors during construction as disruption is expected to be minimal.
A Las Vegas-based international architecture and interior design firm Steelman Partners will headline the remodeling. This company is well-known for its projects completed for the gaming and hospitality industry. MGM Resorts, Genting Group and Caesars Entertainment were among its clients.
Steelman Partners will work in collaboration with a general contracting firm Harris Associates. The latter has a rich portfolio of notable projects like Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at MGM Grand Hotel, High Limit Slots Lounge at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, and Kassi Beach House at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.
